Job Description Job Title: Business Development Executive (Freshers Sales Enthusiasts) Location: Open for all regions (Remote/Field-based opportunities available) Experience: Freshers only About the Role: We are looking for energetic and passionate freshers who are eager to build a career in Sales and Business Development. This role is ideal for individuals who love interacting with people, identifying new opportunities, and driving business growth. You'll be trained and mentored to develop your skills in client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential clients and generate new business leads. - Promote company products/services and build long-term customer relationships. - Support marketing and sales campaigns to achieve business targets. - Conduct follow-ups with clients and ensure strong post-sales relationships. - Work closely with the marketing and operations team to align business goals. Requirements: - Fresh graduates (any discipline) with a strong interest in sales. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn. - Ability to think creatively and handle challenges with a positive attitude. - Basic understanding of digital or B2B sales is a plus (not mandatory).
