- Position Purpose

Position Responsibilities

Sr.

Key Responsibilities (Please mention all the responsibilities expected from the incumbent to perform)

To lead and Manage the Team of Area Credit Managers & Credit Managers.

To appraise and Process Loan Against Property/ Prime HL proposals as per Bank’s Policy and Process.

To work in close co-ordination with business team and other units of the bank.

To fulfil internal and external Audit & compliance requirements of bank.

To Monitor the existing portfolio and to have control over delinquencies.

To Monitor Valuation reports vis a vis Local Property Market

To have basic Knowledge of the legal requirements related to properties

8

To co-ordinate with the different vendors like, Valuer and Legal.

To control PDD/ OTC of the location.

Should have control over the file movement at the location.

- Qualifications and Experience Requirement

Qualifications Essential

Should be Chartered Accountant/MBA (Finance)

- Experience Essential

Minimum 8-10 Years’ experience as LAP/ Prime HL credit manager

- Skills

Attribute

Should having basic MS office operating skill and written and spoken communication skill in English

- Functional Inter-linkages

Internal & External

- Should be ready to work in Team
