A Fintech Client is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team This role focuses on driving growth through data-driven paid media strategies The ideal candidate will be skilled in analyzing performance data to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI Requirements RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels including search social display and affiliate marketing Analyze campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Generate detailed reports on campaign performance presenting findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders Manage and allocate budgets effectively ensuring optimal spend across all channels to achieve marketing goals Implement A B tests and other experimental designs to refine targeting creatives and bidding strategies Partner with creative and content teams to create compelling ad content that resonates with target audiences Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform performance marketing strategies REQUIREMENTS Previous experience in performance marketing with a strong emphasis on paid media and analytics Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Ads LinkedIn Ads and analytics tools like Google Analytics Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive decision-making Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
