About the Role We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. You’ll be responsible for improving website rankings, driving organic traffic, and implementing effective SEO strategies across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities - Perform keyword research and identify high-potential opportunities for growth. - Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic visibility. - Optimize meta tags, headings, internal links, and content structure. - Conduct technical SEO audits to fix crawl errors, speed issues, and indexing problems. - Manage backlink building and outreach campaigns. - Track and report SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush. - Collaborate with the content and web teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied consistently. - Stay current with the latest SEO trends and Google algorithm updates. Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role. - Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. - Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics). - Knowledge of WordPress and experience optimizing CMS-based sites. - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for troubleshooting SEO issues. - Strong analytical and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely. Preferred Skills - Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization. - Understanding of content marketing strategies and link-building outreach. - Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Data Studio reporting. Salary - ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on skills and experience). - Performance-based bonuses and growth incentives available.
