End-to-End Tester Integration Automation About Cigna Cigna exists to improve lives Together with our 74 000 employees worldwide that service Cigna Express Scripts and other affiliate customers we aspire to transform health services making them more affordable and accessible to millions We are going through an exciting period of expansion at the centre of our International Health division s ambitious growth strategy we are currently working towards a multi-year effort to implement a consistent digital strategy for International Health The Position We are looking for an experienced End-to-End Tester with automation experience and a solid understanding of integrated systems testing In this role you will be responsible for designing executing and maintaining automated test cases across integrated systems to validate complex end-to-end business processes Experience of testing mainframe systems is a plus as the role spans diverse technologies Key Responsibilities Design develop and maintain automated test scripts for end-to-end business process validation using industry-standard tools Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration points Analyse business and technical requirements to define test strategies Execute automated and manual tests across modern and legacy platforms including functional regression integration and system testing Design develop and execute test cases for Mainframe applications Batch Job Testing Validating job execution dependencies and outputs Online Transaction Testing Testing CICS screens and verifying data flow between front-end and back-end Data Validation Ensuring data integrity across Mainframe databases and downstream systems Familiarity with TSO ISPF for navigating and editing datasets Familiarity with File Handling Working with flat files sequential files Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices and automation frameworks Support test data setup environment configuration and CI CD pipeline integration Monitor automation progress adopt new tools and support improvements in testing efficiency Required Skills and Experience Bachelor s degree in computer science or a related discipline and at least 4 to 6 years experience in a system quality environment or an equivalent combination of education and work experience Proven expertise in Integration Testing API Testing and End-to-End Testing across diverse platforms Strong hands-on experience in automating E2E test scenarios across integrated systems using tools like Selenium UFT TestNG or Cypress Experience with API testing and service-level validations Proven experience with test automation frameworks and tools Integration of automation scripts with CI CD pipelines e g Jenkins GitLab CI Experience in Mainframe testing Batch Job Testing Online Transaction Testing Data Validation Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Strong interest in personal development Desirable Skills and Experience Exposure to mainframe systems and testing e g CICS DB2 JCL Experience with legacy-modern integration testing Familiarity with test management tool JIRA Understanding of DevOps principles in testing environments ISTQB Foundation or Intermediate Certified About The Cigna Group Cigna Healthcare a division of The Cigna Group is an advocate for better health through every stage of life We guide our customers through the health care system empowering them with the information and insight they need to make the best choices for improving their health and vitality Join us in driving growth and improving lives
