Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Talent Acquisition Strategy:Develop and implement effective IT recruitment strategies aligned with the company s overall business goals.
- Sourcing and Selection:Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals, networking) to identify and attract qualified IT candidates. Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates suitability.
- Employer Branding:Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top IT talent.
- Pipeline Management:Develop and manage a talent pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Recruitment Metrics:Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendor

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 12+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and technical skills.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting top IT talent.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
