We serve clients across industries including healthcare, eCommerce, lifestyle, and services, delivering measurable results and not just vanity metrics. Role Overview: We are hiring a Junior Meta Ads Expert who is passionate about digital advertising and wants to build a strong foundation in performance marketing. You will work directly with our ads team to set up, manage, and optimize client campaigns under guidance — making this role ideal for freshers who want to grow into a full-fledged media buyer. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and managing Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ad campaigns - Support in setting up ad sets, audiences, and creatives - Learn to track and optimize campaigns for metrics like CPL, CTR, CPA & ROAS - Set up pixels, events, conversions, and basic tracking - Collaborate with the design team for ad creatives & copy - Prepare weekly performance reports and insights - Stay updated with Meta Ads changes, tools, and best practices What We’re Looking For: - Basic understanding of Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager (preferred) - Strong interest in digital marketing & paid ads - Good communication and analytical thinking - Ability to work full-time in-office (Mon–Sat) - Eagerness to learn media buying and scale your skills Nice to Have: - Basic experience running personal or project-based ads - Canva/design familiarity - Meta Blueprint certification (optional) What You’ll Learn (Real Growth): - End-to-end Meta Ads setup & scaling - Lead generation strategies for multiple industries - Performance optimization techniques - Funnel building & integrations - Client communication and reporting systems Perks: - Structured training & mentorship - Fast growth into a full Meta Ads Specialist role - Work on real ad budgets and live client accounts - Friendly & performance-driven agency culture How to Apply: Send below details to hr@admonky.com or DM us directly on LinkedIn: 1.
