Job Title: Technical Lead - ReactJS

Total Experience: 8+ Years

Employment Type: Permanent

Job Location: Mumbai / Remote

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled ReactJS Lead to take full ownership of front-end development. This is a hands-on individual contributor role where youll drive technical excellence, build scalable UI components, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

- Develop complex, high-performance web applications using ReactJS.
- Own the front-end codebase and ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into elegant UI solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Write clean, modular, and reusable code with thorough documentation.
- Optimize application for speed, responsiveness, and scalability.
- Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and peer reviews.

Must Have Skills:

- Solid experience in developing interactive web applications using React.
- Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Basic experience with React hooks, context API, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux).
- Familiarity with front-end development tools and build processes (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
- Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and microservices deployment.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cosmos DB).
- Exposure to identity management frameworks like OAuth2, OpenID Connect, or Identity Server.

Qualifications:

- BE/BSc or Equivalent
- Highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, facilitation,
- negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed
