Job Description Job Description TheInclusion & Corporate Responsibility Advisorsupports the development,implementation and reportingof Turner & Townsend'sInclusion andCorporate Responsibility (CR) strategiesacross the Asia business.The roleworks in collaboration with internal CR Champions and external partners to embed Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles in operations, projects and client delivery ensuring alignment with global sustainabilitycommitments and local priorities. - Experience in ESG, sustainability, or corporate responsibility. - Working knowledge of ESG frameworks (E.g. GRI, TCFD, SDGs). - Strong data analysis and reporting skills with attention to accuracy and detail. - Excellent written and verbal communications skills. - Demonstrated coordination/organisational skills. - Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to workcollaborativelyacross disciplines. Environmental sustainability - Support the development and implementation ofourregional Net Zero roadmap. - Contribute to the development of tools and processed to improve environmental performance across projects and offices. - Integrate sustainability considerations into existing regional policies,and procedures as needed. - Conduct research tomaintainastrong understanding of sustainability trends and challenges at regional level toensure that regional initiatives andobjectivesare fit for purpose and compliant. - Coordinate the collection,consolidationand QAof environmental datafor reporting purposes. - Support the maintenance of the Environmental Management System (EMS) andassistwith internal ISO 14001 audits whererequired. Social impact - Coordinate and support implementation of diversity and inclusion activities, including events, communications, and reporting - Lead the development and delivery of regional and localsocial impactprograms that align with the business CR strategy and priorities. - Coordinateand drivefundraising, volunteering, and pro bono activities that maximise employee engagement and community benefit. Partnership management - Build and manage strong partnerships with charity organisations, educational institutions, and industry bodies. - Create opportunities toadd value to orcollaborate with clients on shared-value initiatives, strengthening relationships and enhancing Turner & Townsend's market position. Coordinationof CR Representatives - Coordinate the network of CR Representatives across Asia, providing guidance, direction, and support. - Ensure local delivery ofinitiatives is aligned to regional and global priorities. - Develop tools, training, and communications to enable CR Representatives to be effective ambassadors in their markets. Reporting and governance - Ensureaccurateandtimelyreporting ofenvironmental andcommunity-related data, supporting regional and global CR reporting requirementsas well asclient disclosures and bids. - Manage the development and refinement of CRreportingtoprovideclear insights into communityandenvironmentalimpact. - Support internal governance processes tomaintainaccountability and alignment with strategicobjectives. - Develop communications and engagement materials to raise awareness ofInclusion andCR activities internally and externally. - Promote a culture of inclusion,socialand environmentalresponsibility across theregion Collaboration and engagement - Develop communications and engagement materials to raise awareness ofInclusion andCR activities internally and externally. - Promote a culture of inclusion,socialand environmentalresponsibility across theregion. #LI-HT1 Qualifications - Qualified in a relevant degree preferred but not essential. - Experience in ESG, sustainability, or corporate responsibility. - Working knowledge of ESG frameworks (E.g.
