Property Accounting Analyst III You re not the person who will settle for just any role Neither are we Because we re out to create Better Care for a Better World and that takes a certain kind of person and teams who care about making a difference At Kimberly-Clark you ll bring your professional expertise talent and drive to building and managing our portfolio of iconic ground-breaking brands From our new Hub in Pune you will own important work that will enable our organization to succeed globally Role Purpose Analyze and review financial information for Latin American countries and North America Europe Middle East and Africa Provide support to local country offices finance treasury and other internal clients Ensure appropriate controls are followed in order to minimize errors and to provide accurate accounting information to internal clients Be the first control reviewer to ensure the sanity of the processes Work closely with the coordinator in order to provide support and additional oversight to the Property Team implement process improvement changes and answer questions from the team as well as internal clients Be accountable of the main regional reports as well ensuring the processes are standardize Role Accountabilities Review reconciliations of General Ledger accounts in order to provide analysis and explanations of variations as well as review aging of the items that make up the account balances so that the appropriate actions can be taken Blackline approver and balance sheet reviewer Ensure the Capital Projects are closed on time and lead its communication to each country and key contact Analyze through constant reviews that accounting information is reliable and allows timely decision making by countries Perform and provide oversight of monthly close duties and provide support to the reporting process and consolidation of the different business units as needed Record and review asset accounting transactions as requested by the business unit and or as determined necessary Participate in and identify new improvement and development programs inside and outside the country Interact with different countries in the Latin American Region to meet the requirements of each country in addition to corporate requirements Collaborate in the development of management analysis tools that help to understand the variations in the financial statements Collaborate in the development of new and review existing policies and procedures and ensure they are implemented effectively and followed appropriately by all team members Leadership Continuous Improvement LEAN mindset Analysis and ability to take decisions Build Trust Think Customer accountable for confidential information Functional Business Skills Demonstrates strong technical knowledge Stays current in auditing or financial reporting field Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to dialogue problem solve and interact effectively at all levels Demonstrated knowledge in audit process Business analysis knowledge Finance understanding Demonstrated ability to prioritize and drive multiple tasks simultaneously Demonstrated ability to work independently Qualifications Degree in Accounting Management or Finance or equivalent years of experience 7 years in similar position some team leader experience preferred Highly motivated individual who is a self-starter and takes ownership of projects and tasks and has good networking analytical and organizational skills Familiar with Financial Statement Analysis and or knowledge of the financial system of LAO countries Advanced SAP knowledge and experience strongly preferred Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools required Advanced knowledge of internal control drivers About Us Huggies Kleenex Cottonelle Scott Kotex Poise Depend Kimberly-Clark Professional You already know our legendary brands and so does the rest of the world In fact millions of people use Kimberly-Clark products every day We know these amazing Kimberly-Clark products wouldn t exist without talented professionals like you At Kimberly-Clark you ll be part of the best team committed to driving innovation growth and impact We re founded on more than 150 years of market leadership and we re always looking for new and better ways to perform -
