Responsibilities:

- Assist the supervisor in managing and overseeing team members daily tasks and responsibilities
- Training and coaching team members to ensure they are meeting performance goals and objectives
- Monitoring and evaluating team members performance to provide constructive feedback and support
- Assisting with scheduling and assigning tasks to team members
- Collaborating with the supervisor to help develop and implement new strategies and initiatives for team improvement
- Acting as a point of contact for team members to address any questions, concerns, or issues they may have
- Supporting the supervisor in maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring team members are adhering to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of industry best practices and standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
