Job Description
We are looking for a Program Manager with 4-6 years of relevant experience to oversee and drive initiatives across our car servicing and repair operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless program execution, service quality, and customer satisfaction while coordinating between multiple internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring programs that improve service efficiency, enhance customer experience, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management: Plan, track, and deliver end-to-end car servicing programs, campaigns, and operational improvements.
Process Optimization: Identify service delivery gaps, streamline workflows, and implement best practices to improve turnaround times and reduce costs.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the bridge between workshops, technicians, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Customer-Centric Initiatives: Support the design and rollout of programs focused on improving customer satisfaction, retention, and trust.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor KPIs (e.g., service turnaround time, claim settlements, repeat servicing, revenue growth) and use insights to optimize program outcomes.
Project Execution: Drive new product/service launches, seasonal campaigns (e.g., monsoon service camps), and pilot projects across multiple service centers.
Risk & Issue Management: Anticipate potential issues, escalate effectively, and implement corrective measures
