Assistant Facility Manager-Operation and Maintenance ofboiler, WTP and thermic fluid heater
Position Overview-
We are seeking skilled and motivated AFM to support theoperation and maintenance of our critical systems including boiler, WTP,Heater. As an Assistant Facility Manage you will need to collaborate withFacility Manager to ensure smooth functioning, safety and efficiency of thisvital reequipments, contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities-
- Equipment Operation- Assist in daily operation andmonitoring of the Boiler, water treatment plant, heater to ensure theirefficient and uninterrupted performance.
- Maintenance Management-Coordinate and participate in thepreventive and corrective maintenance of boilers and allied equipment'sadhering to guideline and safety standards.
- Troubleshooting- Identify and resolve potential issues,equipment malfunctions and other technical problems in a timely and efficientmanner, minimizing downtime.
- Safety Compliances-Implement and enforce all safetyprotocol and regulation. Conduct regular safety inspection, checks and riskassessment.
- Record Keeping-Maintain comprehensive and accurate recordsof equipment's maintenance, repairs and operational data for future referencesand compliance purpose.
- Spare part Inventory-Monitor and manages spares andconsumable for boiler, WTP.
- Team collaboration-Work closely with technician to ensureseamless coordination of activities and harmonious working environment.
- Training and Development-Provide on job training totechnician,
- Emergency Response- Be prepared to respond promptly toemergencies related to boiler, WTP and heater.
- Hands on experiences on VFD, motor problem solvingabilities.
Requirements-
Education Qualification- BE Electrical /Instrumentation.
ExperienceExperience In Operating And Maintainingboilers, Utilities.
- Technical Knowledge-Familiar with SCADA operation- E&Iknowledge with respect TO SCADA, RTD, sensor, PLC, interlocks to resolve anyelectrical related issues. Hands on experiences on VFD, motor problem solvingabilities. Able to read wiring diagram and knowledge about electrical switchgear, motor and starts,
- Safety Conscious- Knows about safety interlock, knowledgeabout electrical safety rules and regulations. Understand safety protocols fortrouble free operation of utilities.
- Analytical Skill-Ability to analyse data, identify trendand make data driven decisions to improve equipment performance
- Communication skill-Excellent verbal and writtencommunication with ability to convey technical information effectively to team.
- Problem solving ability-Proven ability to diagnose andresolve complex electrical and instrumentation issues.
- Team Player- Capable of working collaboratively with teamand external vendors to achieve common goals.
