Job Description Performance Marketing Executive Location: Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site) Salary: 15,000 20,000 per month (Based on experience & knowledge) Joining: Within 1 Month About the Role 7Box Digital is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is passionate about driving measurable business growth through digital advertising and automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and implementing marketing automation workflows to optimize ROI. Key Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns. - Implement and manage Meta Pixel, Google Tag (Gtag), and conversion tracking effectively. - Set up retargeting and remarketing campaigns for lead nurturing and conversions. - Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and optimize based on ROI and performance data. - Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align campaigns with brand goals. - Manage automation tools (email, WhatsApp, CRM, etc.) to streamline marketing workflows. - Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and performance optimization. Required Skills & Expertise - Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in performance marketing across Meta and Google platforms. - Strong knowledge of Gtag, Meta Pixel, Retargeting Ads, and campaign analytics. - Understanding of ROI-based campaign optimization and audience segmentation. - Familiarity with marketing automation tools and basic CRM integration. - Excellent communication and analytical skills. - Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred). Qualification - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in performance marketing. Preferred Candidate - Based in Kerala and willing to work on-site at Kakkanad, Kochi. - Enthusiastic, self-driven, and ready to join within 1 month.
