About Us: We are a stealth-mode startup on a mission to disrupt the beverage space in India by introducing a new category of health-focused sodas . Our goal is to redefine how people consume soft drinks—making them functional, delicious, and guilt-free . As we prepare for launch, we are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Associate to build our brand presence, engage with our audience, and craft content that excites and educates.
Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Design: Develop eye-catching graphics, reels, and short-form videos tailored for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
Video Shoot Ideation & Execution: Brainstorm, plan, and coordinate video shoots that showcase our brand story, product benefits, and community engagement.
Editing & Post-Production: Edit videos and images using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, or other relevant software.
Social Media Posting & Management: Strategically schedule and manage posts using platforms like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
Community Engagement: Actively interact with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and build a strong online community.
Trendspotting & Insights: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, viral content, and algorithm changes to optimize our content strategy.
Analytics & Optimization: Track engagement metrics, analyze performance, and refine strategies to improve reach and interaction.
Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
Strong skills in graphic design, video editing, and content ideation .
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, CapCut, or similar tools .
Knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Experience in community management and brand engagement .
Passion for health, wellness, and innovative consumer products .
Bonus: Familiarity with influencer marketing and social media advertising.
