Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java Javascript and mySQL with a strong background in Retail Banking. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a dynamic environment contributing to the companys mission to innovate and excel in the financial sector. Responsibilities - Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java Javascript and mySQL TypeScript ES6 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement new features and enhancements. - Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications. - Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. - Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team. - Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is using the best practices. - Implement security and data protection measures in all projects. - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure reliability and performance. - Document development processes code changes and other technical information for future reference. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and team productivity. Qualifications - Possess a strong understanding of AWS services and architecture. - Demonstrate proficiency in SQL and database management. - Have extensive experience with Spring Boot for backend development. - Show expertise in Angular JS for frontend development. - Be highly skilled in Java and Javascript programming languages. - Have hands-on experience with mySQL database. - Bring a solid background in Retail Banking domain. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Display strong communication and collaboration abilities. - Be capable of working in a hybrid work model. - Have a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies. - Show a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions. - Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
