We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Intern to work for online sales operations across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for listing products, managing inventory and database management. Responsibilities - - E-commerce Listing: Oversee the entire e-commerce process, from product listing to order fulfilment, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction. - Platform Management: Manage and optimise online stores on Amazon, Flipkart, WordPress, and GeM (Government e-Marketplace), ensuring compliance with platform-specific guidelines. - Listing, Catalogue, and Product Descriptions: Create and maintain compelling product listings, catalogues, and descriptions to enhance visibility and conversion rates. - Packaging: Oversee packaging processes to ensure products are delivered in excellent condition, adhering to brand standards and platform requirements. - Vendor and Artist Communication: Manage relationships with vendors and artists, ensuring clear communication, timely delivery, and quality control. Qualifications - - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Previous experience in an e-commerce or retail environment is a bonus. - Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is a plus.
