Location: Delhi NCR (Hybrid – 3 days office) Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST (Preferred) Experience: 3–6 years Engagement: Full-Time AccuData Analytics is looking for a talented UI/UX Developer/Designer to help design intuitive, modern, and high-performing user experiences for AI-driven healthcare applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong design sensibility with hands-on frontend implementation skills to improve complex clinical workflows, dashboards, and AI-assisted interfaces. Key Responsibilities Design user-centered interfaces for web and tablet applications used in healthcare and AI-enabled workflows. Develop modern, responsive UI screens using React / Next.js (preferred) or similar frameworks. Collaborate closely with Product, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into intuitive designs. Create wireframes, prototypes, interaction flows, and design system components. Enhance usability of dashboards, care workflows, forms, and AI-assisted modules. Conduct user research, A/B tests, and iterative improvements based on feedback. Document UI specifications and maintain a reusable component library. Ensure consistent branding, accessibility, and UX best practices across the platform. Required Skills 3–6 years UI/UX experience designing and building web applications. Strong hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Figma (or similar tools). Ability to design workflows for complex systems (healthcare/enterprise apps preferred). Experience creating reusable design systems and component libraries. Strong understanding of responsive design, UX heuristics, and accessibility. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with US and offshore stakeholders. Preferred Skills Experience with healthcare, clinical workflows, RPM/CCM , or regulated industries preferred but not necessary. Experience with AI-driven UX (chatbots, agent-guided flows, intelligent forms). Knowledge of frontend performance optimization and API-based UI integration.
