Introduction We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting products or services, generating leads, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to achieve sales targets consistently. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Development Identify potential customers and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Promote and sell the company’s products or services to existing and prospective clients. Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations. Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 2. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products. Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally and efficiently. 3. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management. Assist clients with quotations, proposals, and agreements. 4. Market Analysis & Feedback Keep updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions. Provide feedback to management regarding market opportunities, client requirements, and potential leads. Participate in promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and product launches. Required Skills & Competencies Technical Skills Knowledge of sales techniques, lead generation, and CRM tools. Basic proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools. Soft Skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
