As our Lean – Site Continuous Improvement Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind elevating performance, streamlining operations, and embedding a mindset of innovation across the site. You’ll lead improvement initiatives, coach teams, and deliver measurable impact through lean methodologies and strategic project execution.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

- Capability Building: Invest in your own growth and support others through coaching, training, and professional development.
- Lean Process Development: Identify inefficiencies and implement lean solutions to enhance manufacturing methods and systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion innovation and lead initiatives that deliver sustainable improvements in quality, cost, and delivery.
- Project Leadership: Manage site-level projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Performance Reporting: Deliver insightful reports and presentations that guide decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
- Networking & Influence: Build strong relationships across teams and functions to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
