Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, and DB2.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing mainframe systems.
- Perform system enhancements and upgrades as needed.
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

- 5-10 years of experience in mainframe development and support.
- Proficient in MAINFRAME, COBOL, DB2, and JCL.
- Strong understanding of mainframe architecture and operating systems.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of mainframe applications.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems.
