Job Description POSITION DESCRIPTION We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Email & WhatsApp Marketing Executive to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing end-to-end campaigns across Email and WhatsApp platforms to drive engagement, generate leads, and enhance customer experience. RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop, schedule, and execute targeted Email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns aligned with ongoing promotions and business objectives. - Manage customer segmentation and automation workflows to deliver personalized communication. - Coordinate with the Creative team to ensure visually appealing and brand-aligned campaign content. - Track, monitor, and analyze campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click through rates, conversions, and unsubscribe rates. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Creative, Operations) to ensure consistent and timely communication to prospects and members. - Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness. - Manage contact lists and ensure compliance with data privacy and opt-in regulations. - Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance with actionable recommendations. - Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital communication and marketing automation. REQUIREMENTS - 1-2 years of experience in Email or WhatsApp Marketing (preferably in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle industry). - Hands-on experience with email automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar). - Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API or related automation tools (e.g., WATI, Twilio, etc.). - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. - Excellent communication and copywriting skills. - Knowledge of HTML for email templates will be an added advantage. - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
