Position -Manager Managing Electrical Instrument maintainace and new project activity at site Co-ordinate with Project team during the selection of electrical equipments Instrumentation commissioning and validation of new projects Monitor Preventive Maintenance of all electrical Instrument equipments related engineering activities with quality service to meet the production targets in a most cost effective manner with the operational excellence culture within the budgeted CCs Good Hand on working experience on IMCC- and Emersion DCS system Good experience on solar power plant Meeting all the delivery schedules for the products as committed in the Plan Co-ordination with Production team Quality Assurance Quality Control Stores Projects Fire Safety Environment and Other Engineering teams to ensure compliance to the committed Plan Drive continuous improvement program for relevant product and business processes and projects Maintaining and up keeping the documents as per the cGMP and Regulatory requirements and putting continuous efforts for improvement in quality and Service Providing full support and cooperation during audits Providing pre planed schedule for the coming month in advance to perform preventive and giving clearance for maintenance activities Clear understanding of equipment GMP and safety requirements during selection of new Equipment System Providing required spares in time with respect to indents raised Create Releasing PR Keeping sufficient critical spares at Stores for maintenance usage Ensure all the incoming materials with respect to indents raised and inspection Co-ordination in common engineering maintenance jobs and pre planed schedule in advance to perform calibration and maintenance in time To continuously interact with Production and Other engineering teams to ensure efficient maintenance of Equipment reduce the break downs and improve the service To continuously interact with Production Mangers QA managers understand their needs in respect of GMP requirements marketing plan budget delivery Maintaining and up keeping the Documents as per the cGMP and Regulatory requirements and putting continuous efforts for improvement in quality and Service To ensure the safety of the plant personnel and adherence to the EHS and safety regulations Performs managerial duties including Planning scheduling execution prioritizing and training and performance evaluation of subordinates Continuously working on to improve upgrade the safety of the plant and in adherence to EHS policy Employee engagement by creating a platform to perform Send cv on krupa p cielhr com
