Job Description Position: Gen AI Engineer Experience: 4+ Years Work Mode: Remote Shift: General About the Role We are looking for an experienced Gen AI Engineer with a strong background in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building production-grade Generative AI applicationsespecially RAG-based or Agentic AI implementationsand a passion for innovation in applied AI technologies. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deploy production-ready Gen AI solutions, including RAG-based or Agentic systems. - Work with open-source LLMs (e.g., Llama, GPT-OSS) and multimodal AI models to build intelligent, scalable applications. - Implement and optimize Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph or equivalent. - Evaluate and fine-tune Gen AI solution performance, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI products for global customers. - Apply strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement. Must Have Skills - Minimum 4 years of experience in AI/ML solution development. - Proven hands-on experience in at least one production-grade Gen AI project. - Expertise in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Agentic AI implementations. - Familiarity with open-source LLMs and multimodal AI models. - Strong understanding of evaluation and refinement methodologies for Gen AI models. - Excellent analytical and debugging capabilities. Good to Have - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI solutions. - Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for Gen AI deployment. - Understanding of RAG optimization, query transformation, and prompt engineering techniques. - Awareness of LLM guardrails and best practices for enterprise-grade AI systems.
