Qualifications - Sales and Relationship Management skills, including the ability to manage a portfolio of clients effectively - Communication and Interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service - Negotiation and Persuasion skills to convert leads into sales - Organizational and Time Management skills for managing client interactions and deadlines - Understanding of financial products, particularly life insurance plans, is beneficial - Proficiency in using CRM tools and other modern sales technologies - Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred
