Location: Mumbai Role Overview: This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in financial modelling, valuation, and transaction analysis, eager to grow into a client-facing banker in the coming years. Key Responsibilities: - Support the investment banking team in deal execution, financial modelling, and valuation. - Conduct market, industry, and company research to support client pitches and transactions. - Prepare pitch books, investment memos, and financial analysis reports. - Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders during deal execution. - Gain exposure to live deals, gradually progressing toward client management and origination responsibilities. Desired Candidate Profile: - 1-3 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance. - Background from back office and mid office of large foreign IBs or boutique advisory firms preferred. - Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and analytical problem-solving. - Ambitious, outward-looking, and motivated to build a career in front-end investment banking. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
