Manager SAP Projects and Fixed Assets The Opportunity Based in Hyderabad join a global healthcare biopharma company and be part of a 130- year legacy of success backed by ethical integrity forward momentum and an inspiring mission to achieve new milestones in global healthcare Be part of an organisation driven by digital technology and data-backed approaches that support a diversified portfolio of prescription medicines vaccines and animal health products Drive innovation and execution excellence Be a part of a team with passion for using data analytics and insights to drive decision-making and which creates custom software allowing us to tackle some of the world s greatest health threats Our Technology Centers focus on creating a space where teams can come together to deliver business solutions that save and improve lives An integral part of our company s IT operating model Tech Centers are globally distributed locations where each IT division has employees to enable our digital transformation journey and drive business outcomes These locations in addition to the other sites are essential to supporting our business and strategy A focused group of leaders in each Tech Center helps to ensure we can manage and improve each location from investing in growth success and well-being of our people to making sure colleagues from each IT division feel a sense of belonging to managing critical emergencies And together we must leverage the strength of our team to collaborate globally to optimize connections and share best practices across the Tech Centers Role Overview We are seeking a skilled SAP Project Systems and Fixed Assets expert to help analyze design implement and support SAP business processes within our organization The ideal candidate will use their knowledge of SAP Project Systems and Fixed Assets to ensure the seamless integration between the various Source to Settle Order to Cash Supply Chain Manufacturing and Financial processes while collaborating closely with these cross-functional teams and business stakeholders What will you do in this role SAP Functional Expertise This role will be the expert in the Project System Investment Management and Asset Accounting modules of SAP and is responsible to sustain the ERP FBM solution Ensure appropriate integration of processes across the organization Accountable for providing sound solutions to the Business Communicates coordinates across Business and IT to resolve critical incidents impact to business operations Provide support to the SAP team and business users in optimizing business processes within the SAP environment Stay up to date with the latest developments in SAP functionality and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation SAP Cross-Functional Delivery Collaborate with delivery peers to ensure best-in-class delivery from solutioning of business requirements through unit-tested working solutions Collaborate with the Finance and Procurement Value teams around aligned prioritization and delivery commitments SAP Configuration Responsible for SAP configuration changes and developments align with business requirements industry standards and regulatory compliance Adhere to change control processes and methodologies to minimize system disruptions and ensure system stability Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to work independently on the delivery of SAP enhancements and new functions Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate closely with Business process stewards Global Enterprise IT ERP Operations functional technical consultants and team leader to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions Work closely with team leader to prioritize providing insights and recommendations on leveraging SAP capabilities to drive business growth and operation excellence Foster a culture of excellence collaboration and continuous improvement within the team Desired Education Level Master s or bachelor s Degree is required Concentration in Accounting Computer Science Information Systems or finance related field is preferred Required Skills Experience Minimum 5 years experience in Project System Investment Management and Fixed Asset Accounting modules of SAP Knowledge of Cross-Application -
