Headquartered in Assam, combines advanced technology with eco-conscious practices to transform modern infrastructure.   Post: AAC Blocks (Sales Officer) Location: Siliguri and Neighbouring Areas Job Type: Full-time Experience: 3 to 5 years About the Role: Company is looking for a results-driven Business Manager to lead sales and client engagement for AAC blocks in the construction industry. This role combines business development, relationship management, and market promotion.   Key Responsibilities: • Drive sales growth and meet monthly/annual targets • Develop relationships with contractors, builders, and developers • Execute sales strategies and identify new business opportunities • Ensure timely deliveries through coordination with operations • Promote AAC blocks through presentations and events • Maintain client database and provide pre/post-sales support   Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field • 2 to 5 years of sales experience (construction materials preferred) • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills • Proficiency in CRM and MS Office • Willingness to travel   KPIs • Sales target achievement • Client acquisition & retention Salary: Up to Rs. 30000/- month   If there is any candidate who can do all this work then please send me resumes.
