Location: Mumbai Reports To: CEO Role Description This dual role is centered on attracting, retaining, and developing top talent while simultaneously managing the public image and media relations of Waytoogreen. The HR/PR Manager will shape our company culture and enhance our brand visibility as we grow. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the recruitment strategy to build our core team. - Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance reviews, and compliance with labor laws. - Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand reputation and visibility. - Manage media inquiries, press releases, and crisis communication protocols. - Foster a positive work environment and manage internal communications. Qualifications - Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field. - Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR management with a strong background in PR and media relations. - Skills: Thorough knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices. Proven track record of developing successful recruitment and PR campaigns. - Attributes: Exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and manage crisis situations effectively.
