Infinity Quality Services is a leading provider of Inspection and Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) services based in India. Our services are conducted by certified technicians and instructors who meet SNT-TC-1A requirements by the American Society of Non-Destructive Testing (ASNT). We provide a wide range of services including ultrasonic flaw detection, magnetic particle inspection, and hardness testing, among others. Our services can be performed at your premises or in our classrooms, ensuring flexibility and convenience.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site NDT Technician role located in Raipur. The NDT Technician will be responsible for conducting various non-destructive testing methods including ultrasonic flaw detection, magnetic particle inspection, penetration testing, and visual inspections. The technician will also perform dimensional, hardness, and other related inspections as required. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and maintaining accurate documentation of inspection results are also key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

- Experience in Ultrasonic Flaw Detection (UFD) and Ultrasonic Thickness Gauging (UTG)
- Skills in Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) and Penetrant Testing (PT)
- Competence in Dimensional Inspections and Hardness Testing (HT)
- Proficiency in Visual Inspections and knowledge of Static and Rotary Equipment
- Understanding of Casting, Forging, and Welding Inspections
- Ability to inspect Automobile Spares, Plates, Pipes, Marine Engine Spares, and Gears
- Certified to SNT-TC-1A requirements by ASNT
- Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor&aposs degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience in the industrial inspection field is a plus
