Senior Financial Analyst (CA) | US Accounting Designation: Senior Financial Analyst Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) Industry Preference: Pharma OR Healthcare 📍 Location: 601-602, Titanium One, Pakwan Cross Roads, Sarkhej - Gandhinagar Hwy, beside Rajpath Rangoli Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380059 🕒 Work Experience: 03 to 05 years Job Description: 1. Prepare journal entries including prepaids, inventory, on-call revenue, and expense accruals. 2. Perform income statement flux analysis as part of the month-end closing process. 3. Reconcile balance sheet accounts such as receivables, accrued accounts payable, and other liabilities. 4. Reconcile bank statements and follow up on reconciling items. 5. Raise and track invoices related to shared costs and revenue centres; manage follow-ups whererequired. 6. Assist in financial analysis, answering accounting-related queries through data interpretation 7. Work closely with management to ensure consolidation requirements meet statutory accounting principles. 8. Support internal control documentation, monitoring, and review. 9. Provide necessary information and support during annual financial audits. 10. Identify and implement process improvements for better efficiency and accuracy. 11. Prepare ad hoc financial reports and participate in special projects as assigned. 12. Perform other related duties as required. 13. Create, improve, and document general process for accounting transitions and functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency 14. Oversee the entire 1099 process for drafting, reviewing, and processing to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely filing, with a strong attention to detail. 15. Provide support for our audit and text request 16. Complete special requests and ad-hoc projects, as needed Skills Required: 1. US GAAP & IFRS preferred - Public accounting experience a plus. 2. Excellent Microsoft computer skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc..) 3. NetSuite is Preferable. Else expertise with SAP, MS Dynamics, Oracle will also do. 4. Ability to manipulate and analyse large amounts of data. 5. Strong analytical and problem-sloving skills with the ability to identify discrepancies, perform independent research, and recommend corrective actions. 6. Experience with NetSuite is a plus. 7. Collaborative style with clear and precise communication on technical and operational issues, both verbally and in writing. 8. Comfortable interacting and collaborating with stackholders across all level of the business. 9. High attention to detail and accuracy 10. Reliable, driven, and self-motivated with strong sense of ownership. 11. Desire to achieve excellent outcomes and exceed expectations in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. 12. Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a team-oriented mindset. 13. Adaptable to changing priorities and capable of meeting tight deadlines under pressure. 14. Willingness to work beyond normal scheduled hours when required. 15. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, providing excellent support to internal and external stakeholders. 16.
