Market Maker AnalystWe are seeking a skilled and analytical professional to join our team in market making. This role involves supporting senior traders, contributing to liquidity provision, executing trades, and optimizing strategies across various asset classes.This is an ideal opportunity for candidates who are highly quantitative, disciplined, and passionate about markets.Maintain tight bid-ask spreads and manage inventory efficientlyAnalyse trading data to identify inefficiencies and improve executionWork with the tech team to refine algorithms, tools, and dashboardsPrepare daily profit and loss, risk and trade reportsRespond to market events quickly and make data-driven decisionsEnsure compliance with internal policies and exchange regulationsThe ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer ScienceMinimum 2 years of experience in proprietary tradingProven experience as a trader with a successful track recordIn-depth understanding of volatility trading, market making and risk managementIn-depth knowledge of financial markets, derivatives, and options trading strategiesExposure to algo trading tools or market simulation environmentsRequired skills include:Strong understanding of financial markets, derivatives, and microstructure basicsExcellent analytical and quantitative skillsProficiency in Excel; basic knowledge of Python or other scripting languages is a plusYou'll benefit from strong institutional support—our team comprises seasoned quantitative traders who understand what it takes to build successful strategies and portfolios.
