RoleOverview: The CorporateConference Coordinatorwill be responsiblefor end-to-endplanning, coordination, and executionof corporateconferences andknowledge eventsorganised byLe Confluence. This role demandsstrong organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills, along with theability to workunder dynamicevent timelines. KeyResponsibilities: - Plan andmanage all aspectsof conferencelogistics, includingvenue coordination, speaker management, scheduling,and vendor relations. - Collaborate with the contentand marketingteams to designevent agendas, speaker line-ups, and promotionalmaterials. - Develop partnershipsand liaise withcorporates, lawfirms, startups, sponsors, andacademic institutions. - Handle end-to-end participantexperience from registrationand queries topre-event communicationand on-site management. - Overseebudgeting, quotations, and financialtracking foreach event. - Support digitaland hybrid eventexecutions throughcoordinationwith technicalteams. - Monitorpost-event analytics, feedback, andreporting toimprove eventquality. - Maintain strongprofessionalrelationshipswith speakers, partners, andsponsors forfuture engagements.
