We are now expanding our reach through student engagement, webinars, and partnerships with colleges/universities, and are looking for HR Interns to support us in building the next layer of our growth.

Role Overview

As an HR Intern at PD Consulting, you will play a key role in supporting talent acquisition, onboarding processes, and outreach to academic institutions. This internship is ideal for students or early professionals looking to gain hands-on HR and business development experience in a dynamic consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hiring & Onboarding:

- Assist in hiring and onboarding interns across multiple verticals.
- Coordinate with selected candidates and help them settle into their roles.

1. College Outreach:

- Research and approach colleges/universities to schedule webinars, workshops, and info sessions for PD Consulting.
- Support in designing communication material (emails, outreach templates, follow-ups).

1. HR Operations:

- Maintain structured records of applicants, interns, and webinar schedules.
- Support in tracking performance and engagement of onboarded interns.
