About Legal Job Opportunity At United & United United & United is hiring an experienced IP Litigation Associate in New Delhi for a full-time, on-site role, involving day-to-day litigation tasks such as legal research, drafting, and court representation. Job Details - Position: IP Litigation Associate - Job Type: Full-time - Location: New Delhi, Delhi (On-site) - Minimum Experience: 3-4 years of experience as a practicing lawyer in IP Litigation. - Start Date: Can start immediately Practice Areas / Focus - Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation - Commercial Litigation - IP Advisory and Transactional Support Qualifications & Requirements - Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Law is a must. - Experience: - At least 3-4 years of experience as a practicing lawyer in IP Litigation. - 3+ years of work experience with Commercial Litigation. - Detailed knowledge and understanding of IP laws. - Must be comfortable with repetitive tasks. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent writing/editing skills. Key Responsibilities - Conduct legal research and prepare for depositions. - Draft Litigation documents and motions. - Ability to make effective submissions in courts and tribunals. - Represent clients in courts. - Work independently, effectively prioritize, and manage time. - Manage client portfolios and communicate effectively with internal leadership.
