Job Title KST Manager Kitchen Stewarding Manager Industry Hospitality Hotel Department Kitchen Stewarding KST Employment Type Full-Time Location Sakleshpura Karnataka Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and disciplined KST Manager to lead the Kitchen Stewarding team The role is responsible for maintaining hygiene cleanliness and sanitation standards across kitchen and food production areas ensuring compliance with hotel policies food safety regulations and operational efficiency Note Only Candidates Suitable For This Role Should Apply Candidates From The Hospitality Or Hotel Field Should Are Preferred Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise the stewarding team including rosters and duty allocation Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of kitchens stores equipment and back-of-house areas Implement and monitor HACCP FSSAI and hotel hygiene standards Oversee proper cleaning handling and storage of kitchen utensils cutlery crockery and equipment Control breakage wastage and inventory of stewarding supplies Coordinate with Executive Chef and kitchen team for smooth operations Ensure proper waste management and pest control procedures Conduct regular hygiene inspections and audits Train stewarding staff on SOPs safety and hygiene practices Ensure proper usage of chemicals cleaning materials and machinery Maintain attendance discipline and performance of KST staff Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports related to hygiene manpower and inventory Requirements Qualifications experience in Kitchen Stewarding preferably in a star hotel or large restaurant Proven experience in a KST Supervisor Assistant KST Manager role Strong knowledge of food safety sanitation and hygiene standards Ability to manage large teams and work under pressure Good communication and leadership skills Basic computer knowledge for reports and records Physically fit and willing to work shifts Salary 50 000-60 000 CTC per month Perks Benefits Competitive Increment Staff meals Training career growth opportunities Employee discounts and recognition programs Accommodation Staff meals uniforms Career growth opportunities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
