Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Sales Strategy development
- Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
- Market Research and Analysis, and Sales Reporting abilities
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Experience in the gaming or adventure sports industry is a plus
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
