Job Description We're looking for a Lead Product Designer (UI/UX) who can drive end-to-end product design across complex digital ecosystems. You'll own the complete design journey - from UX strategy to high-fidelity UI execution, working on both 01 products and evolving mature systems. You'll collaborate closely with engineers, PMs, and clients to create scalable, elegant, and impactful design solutions. You'll be responsible for: - Lead the entire design process - from research and user flows to polished UI and interaction design - Build and evolve scalable design systems, including components, tokens, and UI frameworks.
