Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Intern to join our team. The intern will be responsible for making outbound/inbound calls, explaining our services, and converting leads into potential customers/admissions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on sales experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound/inbound calls to potential leads and follow up on warm inquiries.
- Explain our services, programs, or products clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain a database of leads and update CRM tools regularly.
- Understand customer needs and suggest the best solutions.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversions.

Requirements:

- Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
- Freshers/Students are encouraged to apply.
