Job Description About Cloutflow Cloutflow is a tech-enabled influencer marketing platform empowering genuine brandinfluencer collaborations. We blend data, creativity, and performance to help brands scale authentic influencer campaigns across India and beyond. We're now looking for a Finance & Accounts professional to streamline financial operations, manage compliance, and bring discipline to our fast-scaling organization. Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliations. - Manage accounts payable/receivable, vendor payments, and client invoicing. - Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheets, MIS reports, and cash flow statements. - Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, ROC filings, and other statutory requirements. - Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks. - Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. - Maintain internal controls and implement process improvements for financial accuracy and efficiency. - Support leadership in investment, fundraising, and due diligence processes as required. Requirements - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (CA / Inter-CA preferred). - 38 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in startups or digital/marketing firms. - Strong understanding of Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks and Excel. - Good knowledge of taxation, compliance, and corporate finance. - Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
