Project Manager Location Kottakal Malappuram Salary 40 000 per month Experience 3 years in the modular industry Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the modular industry to oversee and manage our projects in Kottakal Malappuram The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in managing modular construction or manufacturing projects The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful planning execution and delivery of projects on time within budget and meeting the required quality standards Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Coordination Develop detailed project plans including timelines resources budget and scope Ensure all project activities are scheduled effectively and align with company goals Team Management Lead and manage cross-functional teams involved in the project ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle Budget and Resource Management Oversee project budgets and ensure resources manpower materials equipment are utilized efficiently Monitor and control project costs Quality Control and Compliance Ensure that the modular construction processes meet the required quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and specifications Risk Management Identify potential risks and issues that could affect project timelines or quality Develop strategies to mitigate risks and handle any challenges that arise Stakeholder Communication Maintain regular communication with internal teams contractors clients and suppliers to keep all stakeholders informed of project progress and any changes Progress Tracking and Reporting Monitor the progress of the project including timelines milestones and deliverables Provide regular status updates to senior management and clients Documentation Ensure all project-related documentation including contracts change orders and invoices are properly maintained and filed Key Requirements Education A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering Architecture or a related field preferred Experience At least 3 years of experience in project management within the modular construction industry or a related field Skills Strong project management skills including planning execution and monitoring In-depth knowledge of modular construction processes and standards Proficiency in project management software and tools Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Personal Attributes Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle high-pressure situations and find solutions to challenges Proactive and detail-oriented with a focus on quality and client satisfaction Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams Job Type Full-time Pay From 40 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 3 years Preferred Management 1 year Preferred Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 7012483591
