Role Description
This is a full-time role for Sales Staff, located in Mumbai. The Sales Staff will be responsible for managing customer accounts, identifying new sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Daily tasks include attending meetings, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
- Knowledge of fabric types and textile industry trends
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the textile industry is a plus
