Job Description: - On-site / office-based role with regular site visits as per project requirements. - Plan, execute, and supervise site activities to ensure timely and quality project completion. - Monitor execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project schedules. - Manage electrical contractors and installation teams; ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. - Coordinate with vendors for material installation, manpower deployment, and execution planning. - Develop, onboard, and manage installation vendors; track performance and resolve execution issues. - Conduct site inspections, progress reviews, and coordinate corrective actions where required. - Prepare and submit project documentation including pre-project planning reports, interim progress reports, and final completion reports. - Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and clients for smooth project execution and handover. Desired Candidate Profile: - Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline. - 2–6 years of experience in electrical / lighting / MEP site execution. - Strong understanding of site execution processes and safety norms. - Willingness to work on-site and travel as per project needs. Location - Ahmedabad CTC - 6L (No flexibility on Budget)
