URGENT HIRING: Senior Finance Manager | Travel Industry | Goregaon, Mumbai

Company Profile: Travel Arrangements & Services

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Work Days: 6 days a week (2 alternate Saturdays off)

Work Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Experience: 810+ years

Salary: 50K55K (Negotiable based on experience)

Role Overview

Looking for an experienced professional with a strong track record in financial reconciliation, accounts receivable & payable, fund management, and revenue reporting.

Must be proficient in managing complex financial operations and leading a team to ensure accuracy in accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Reconciliation & Management

- Reconciliation of LCC, BSP, Third Party/Corp Cards, Insurance, and Airlines fund management.
- PNR reconciliations & airline/tour & travel accounting.

2. Airlines Payables & Receivables

- Handling airline payables & receivables with timely processing and accurate reporting.

3. Revenue Reporting

- Preparation of airline and other revenue reports (PLB, Cash Back, Airline Segment, etc.).
- Monthly profitability reports for ITHL branches.

4. Debtors & Creditors Management

- Efficient management of accounts to maintain financial stability.

5. Reconciliation Automation

- Driving automation of reconciliation processes to streamline operations.

6. Monthly Closing Activities

- Managing monthly closing, provisions, and entries for accurate financial statements.

7. Audit Coordination

- Liaising with internal & external auditors for timely audits and compliance.

8. Travel Program Financial Management

- Budgeting & forecasting based on travel spend analysis.
- Generating client-specific travel program reports & dashboards.
- Ensuring compliance with financial policies & procedures.

9. Vendor & Supplier Financial Liaison

- Negotiating payment terms & discounts with vendors (airlines, hotels, agencies).

10. Team Leadership

- Leading a team to execute finance & accounting tasks effectively.

Required Skills & Attributes

Strong accounting & reconciliation background

Excellent Excel skills

Experience with Tally / Finbook ERP / Epiqure / BTMS / Trexedia

Strong English communication skills

Tech-savvy & process improvement mindset
