Job Description
Nexus Automech Private Limited - Established as a Partnership firm in the year 2016 at Ahmedabad (Gujarat, India), we Nexus Automech Pvt. Ltd. are a leading Manufacturer, Trader, and Exporter of a wide range of Control Panel, Automation and Pneumatic System, Programmable Logic Controllers PLC, Soft Starter etc. We procure these products from the most trusted and renowned vendors after stringent market analysis. Further, we offer these products at reasonable rates and deliver these within the promised timeframe.
Qualification: B.E, B.TECH, MBA-BBA(IB/MARKTING&SALES), DIPLOMA(Ele)
Key Skill: strong communication and interpersonal abilities, analytical skills for data interpretation and strategy, digital marketing proficiency, creativity, adaptability, and a deep understanding of the automotive and automation markets.
Roles and Responsibility
Handle international customer inquiries through email, phone, and online platforms.
Prepare and send technical/commercial quotations based on client requirements.
Coordinate with technical and production teams to provide the right solutions.
Assist clients with product selection and provide basic technical support.
Follow up on leads, quotations, and ongoing orders to ensure timely closure.
Maintain strong relationships with international customers and distributors.
Support export documentation and shipment coordination with the logistics team.
Update and manage customer data, leads, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
Research and identify new business opportunities in international markets.
Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales activities and customer feedback.
