Job Title ERP Executive - Transport Industry Location Kolhapur Department ERP Operations Finance Job Type Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ERP Support Executive to assist in the successful implementation and support of our new ERP system tailored to the transport and logistics industry The ideal candidate will bring excellent data entry skills a solid understanding of basic finance and accounting and experience from a BPO or process-oriented background This role will serve as a key point of contact between departments during ERP roll-out and play a crucial role in ensuring data accuracy process compliance and smooth transition of operations into the new system Key Responsibilities Assist in the implementation and configuration of the ERP system for transport operations Perform accurate data entry verification and migration from legacy systems to the ERP Collaborate with the finance team to ensure basic accounting and billing processes are aligned with ERP modules Monitor daily ERP usage and support end-users with operational issues or queries Document workflows processes and ERP training guides for internal teams Support finance operations such as invoice processing vendor customer records and reconciliations Work closely with IT and external vendors for testing troubleshooting and improvements Help conduct user training and ensure adherence to ERP standards across departments Required Skills Qualifications Proven experience in data entry finance operations or BPO back-office roles Basic knowledge of accounting principles bookkeeping and financial workflows Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling large volumes of data Strong communication and coordination skills Familiarity with ERP systems e g SAP Oracle Tally Zoho etc is an advantage Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting tools Experience in the transport logistics industry is a plus Educational Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting Business Administration or related field ERP certifications or BPO process certifications if any are an added advantage What We Offer Opportunity to be part of a major ERP transformation in the transport sector Dynamic work environment with career development in IT-enabled business operations Exposure to cross-functional teams and operational excellence initiatives Contact- 9356665284 Job Type Full-time Pay 24 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
