We are seeking a highly experienced, independent developer for a high-impact, long-term contractual/freelance role working remotely in the night shift (7:30 PM – 4:00 AM IST). ✨ Role Highlights & Tech Stack Category Key Requirement 🧑 💻 Experience 9+ Years in Full-Stack Development 📍 Work Type Freelancing / Contractual (Remote - PAN India) ⏰ Shift Time 7:30 PM – 4:00 AM IST (Night Shift) 💡 Core Stack MERN (React, Node, Express, MongoDB) ⚙️ Databases Expert-level MySQL (Design, Stored Procedures, Performance Tuning) ⚡ Performance Redis for Caching and Session Management 📤 Architecture RabbitMQ for Queuing and Event-Driven Systems 🛠️ Expertise Microservices, Scalable System Design, API Development 🎯 What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) - Code Mastery: Develop, optimize, and maintain high-volume applications using the MERN stack. - Database Leadership: Design and manage complex MySQL environments, ensuring peak performance and data integrity. - System Architecture: Implement and manage queuing systems with RabbitMQ for asynchronous processing and event handling. - Performance Tuning: Leverage Redis effectively for superior application performance and caching. - Quality & Standards: Ensure robust code quality, testing, debugging, and adherence to security best practices. - Independence: Take ownership of complex backend logic and deliver solutions autonomously in a remote setup. - ✅ We Are Looking For: - Proven track record of building large-scale, distributed systems. - Exceptional problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills. - Comfortable and effective working independently in a dedicated night shift. - Immediate joiners or those with a very short notice period are highly preferred.
