Job Description - We are seeking a Tax Manager to lead our tax strategy, compliance, and reporting functions. - You will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws while optimizing the company's tax planning approach. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee corporate tax compliance and reporting processes. - Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize liabilities. - Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance. - Provide guidance on tax implications of business decisions and transactions. - Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors on audits and assessments. Key Skills & Experience: - Proven experience in tax management or corporate tax compliance. - In-depth knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and best practices. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
