Considering the idea. they have diversified their business and started up a modern and equipped ISO 9001:2015 certified Wire Drawing and Galvanizing Unit with an investment of Rs. 150 million in NH — 6.   Now the company needs some potentials staffs for their organization.   Job Title: Business Development Manager (Real Estate) Job Description: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate sector (residential, commercial, or industrial as applicable).  Generate leads through networking, referrals, real estate agents, channel partners, and digital platforms.  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.  Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with clients.  Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns and promotional activities.  Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.  Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and competitor tracking.  Represent the company at real estate expos, trade fairs, and industry events.  Ensure compliance with company policies, real estate regulations, and legal requirements.   Years of Experience: Minimum 8 to 15 Years Education Required:  Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. 8 to 15 years of proven experience in real estate sales/business development.  Prior experience in managing high-value property sales will be an advantage. Key Skills:  Strong knowledge of the real estate market, property sales, and leasing trends.  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.  Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.  Strong client relationship management.  Self-motivated with a result-driven mindset.  Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
