- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures across departments.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters.
- Collaborate with legal teams to address risk management issues and mitigate potential liabilities.
- Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the legal industry.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external audits and regulatory inspections.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Compliance Specialist should have:
- A company secretary degree
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and legal compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in compliance management tools and software.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectivelly
